Philosophy of Care

I believe in the therapeutic power of the client and therapist relationship, accepting my clients for where they are in their lives. I do my best to honor their experiences and collaborate with them to create and work toward their own personal goals.  I generally take a positive psychology approach to mental health, working with my clients; to build on existing and create new healthy solutions and supports to help them move through their challenges and flourish.
