Philosophy of Care

Recognizing , respecting, and celebrating the unique perspective and individuality of each person seeking support is the foundation of my philosophy. I engage with clients where they are, as they are, through a trauma informed, evidence-based approach. Collaboratively, this strength-based progression nurtures self-discovery and growth in reaching personal goals, overcoming obstacles, and improving overall mental health and well-being.
