Philosophy of Care

My belief is that with the right tools, support, and guidance everyone has the capability of reaching their ultimate well-being and potential.  As a psycho-therapist, I have the great privilege and responsibility to guide the healing process and promote wellness and recovery. With the use of an integrated approach, mostly focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy and behavioral activation, clients will learn to improve their lives and achieve their goals. I believe everyone deserves to be heard and I approach each individual with genuineness, kindness and understanding. With support, recovery is possible.
