Philosophy of Care

My greatest passion as a therapist is to bring healing to individuals who have been through traumatic or stressful experiences. Each individual has the strength within them, and I believe therapy empowers and guides the client to overcome the most difficult obstacles in life. My goal is to provide the best care for my clients by using an integrated approach of evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation, with an emphasis on the client-therapist relationship. I aim to create a safe environment for my clients to explore ways to change their lives and find hope and solutions to their problems.
