Adult Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic

Consistent with SAMSHA's recovery support initiatives, the Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic aspires to support individuals in overcoming or managing mental health and/or substance use needs to promote healthy choices and wellbeing. Person-driven services and evidence-based practices will be provided by compassionate team members with varied education and training, including Psychotherapists, Clinical Substance Abuse Counselors, Psychiatrists, Nurses, Case Managers and Psychologists to adults and youth with diverse needs.

Child & Family Behavioral Health Clinic

Outreach Community Health Centers has consolidated our behavioral health services and is closing the clinic at 9120 W. Hampton Avenue.  We are still open to serving youth and family through telehealth or at our clinic at 210 W. Capitol Drive.

Community Support Program (CSP)

The Community Support Program (CSP) provides coordinated care and a range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services for individuals living in the community with severe and persistent mental illness with possible challenges related to abusing alcohol and other drugs. CSP provides services utilizing the evidence-based practice, Assertive Community Treatment and Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (ACT-IDDT).

Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based training program designed to engage the entire community in helping to identify people in need of mental health services and guiding them to appropriate supports.  OCHC is offering this training, which takes 8 hours, to church groups, organizations, service providers and others FREE OF CHARGE ($20 for materials only) in an effort to spread awareness of mental health needs and help those impacted to gain access to services.  If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please contact Deanna at or (414) 727-6320, ext. 2103.
