Outreach’s mission is rooted in the belief that all individuals and families deserve high-quality care regardless of insurance status.  With 69,000 Milwaukee County residents uninsured our services have become even more important to our community.  Lack of access to proper care leaves individuals vulnerable, especially in the following areas:

 

  • Diabetes

  • Hypertension

  • Heart Disease

  • Depression

  • Childhood Vaccinations

  • Breast, Cervical and Colorectal Screening

  • 30-day bus passes for those who lack transportation access
