Pain Management Treatment Services:

 
 

Use of hands to apply light pressure to affected area(s), resistance, and stretching. It should not hurt.

Osteopathic Manipulation:

 

 

Use of corticosteroids and other injections to help relieve pain in a patient at joints or spinal cord vertebrae.

Injection Therapy:

 

 

Use of specially designed exercises and equipment to help patients regain or improve their physical abilities

Physical Therapy:

 

 

Treating mental health problems by talking with a mental health provider; Psychotherapy helps you learn how to take control of your life and respond to challenging situations with healthy coping skills.

Individual Psychotherapy:

 

 

Practice of ones ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us

Mindfulness Practice:

 

 

Insertion of very thin needles through your skin at strategic points on your body; stimulating nerves, muscles and connective tissue

Acupuncture:

 

Program qualifications

 
  • Individual has experienced chronic pain for 3 months or more

  • Individuals work or lifestyle has been significantly impaired due to chronic pain

  • Reasonable expectations and goals of pain relief

  • Medication management/compliance agreement
