Outreach is excited to launch Step Up Divas, a postmenopausal support group geared towards fitness and wellness. Our group’s monthly meetings (2nd and 4th Thursday each month) will focus on topics ranging from nutrition in menopause to improving your self-care. Members will be able to participate in group fitness activities. Participants will also be given tools they need to hit their wellness goals.
