Community Health & Resources Fair
Each year, Outreach Community Health Centers commemorates Community Health Centers Week by extending its reach beyond the provision of services to its immediate patient/client base. This initiative aims to foster health literacy within the wider population, promote healthy lifestyle choices, and raise awareness of the array of services available through community-based service partners.
The Community Health & Resources Fair attracts 600+ individuals and families annually in Milwaukee. Featuring entertainment, activities for children, valuable raffle prizes, and nutritious food offerings, the Fair serves as a hub for education, engagement, and community empowerment. Community sponsors play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of this event, which not only enriches the lives of attendees but also strengthens Outreach’s commitment to being a steadfast health partner in the community. We invite you to join us in championing health equity and providing every member of our community with the opportunity to thrive.

Outreach is excited to launch Step Up Divas, a postmenopausal support group geared towards fitness and wellness. Our group’s monthly meetings (every 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month) will focus on topics ranging from nutrition in menopause to improving your self-care. Members will be able to participate in group fitness activities. Participants will also be given tools they need to hit their wellness goals.
Join us for step up divas first group walk! 5pm-6pm - Meet at Outreach Community Health Centers. We will be walking the B-line trail. Bring a water bottle and a friend!

Dine with Docs 2024
To raise funds for our Mobile Health Care Unit, your favorite doctors will be flipping shrimp and creating volcanoes at Benihanas in Milwaukee on March 20, 2024. Our event will be hosted from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Physicians will be judged on style and presentation of their savory bites.
Guests will enjoy a six-course meal served of onion soup, salad, Hibachi shrimp appetizer, hibachi vegetables, chicken fried rice, steak, chicken, and shrimp.
As a gift, each guest will receive a cookbook of recipes from our featured physicians.
