Racine Community Health Center, Inc. (RCHC) and Outreach Community Health Centers (OCHC) are proud to announce the opening of Racine Outreach Community Health Centers, a new Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), opening January 21, 2026, at 3805B Spring Street Suite 140, on the Ascension All Saints Hospital campus.
This new health center will provide high-quality, affordable, and accessible health care to individuals and families across Racine County—regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Patients can now call to schedule appointments for primary care services. “This new health center reflects our deep commitment to health equity and our belief that everyone deserves access to quality care close to home,” said Julia Harris Robinson, CEO of Outreach Community Health Centers. “We encourage Racine residents to call now and establish care so they can begin the new year focused on their health.”

Car seat safety check appointments provide an opportunity for a parent or caregiver to bring their car seat along with their vehicle to meet with a car seat technician who will review installation, use, and if necessary, guide the caregiver through any needed corrections.

PARTNER EVENT Rheum to Grow: Lupus & Family Workshop
This program is FREE for pediatric lupus warriors and their families. Attendance includes lunch, parking, & bowling after the workshop.
Learn Everything You Need To Know:
Transitioning from pediatric to adult lupus care can be difficult. This program will teach the skills and resources you need to make the easiest, healthiest transition. Featuring rheumatologists & medical professionals from: Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Children's Wisconsin UW-Health Madison UnityPoint-Meriter & lupus warriors who've navigated this transition.
Post Workshop: Following the program and lunch, attendees can bowl on reserved lanes at the venue.

Project Homeless Connect
Project Homeless Connect
This annual event that brings resources and services together under one roof to best serve those experiencing homelessness. In 2024, more than 650 people were served by more than 500 volunteers at the Milwaukee and Waukesha PHC events, with over $200,000 of items distributed and 130 laptops given to homes that need one. In addition, dozens of flu shots, haircuts, vision and dental screenings, birth certificate applications, and legal services were provided with followup appointments made to continue working to help people live their best lives.
