Outreach Community Health Centers facilities will be closed on Monday, January 19, in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

We honor Dr. King's legacy and his tireless work for equality, justice, and service to others. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, January 20.
