Annie Carrell, APNP, is an alumna of Florida State University and Alverno College, holding a Bachelor's in Social Work and a Master's of Science in Nursing, respectively. Since joining Outreach Community Health Centers in 2016, she has been a loyal proponent of accessible, high-quality Behavioral Health services in Milwaukee's FQHC settings. Her work spans the Community Support Program, Comprehensive Community Services, Behavioral Health Clinic, and Primary Care Behavioral Health programs. Passionate about continuous learning and community improvement, Annie is committed to working with others to create a climate-resilient Milwaukee, where every resident is equipped with the necessary resources to enhance their physical and mental well being.
