Diabetes Support Groups
Do you need a community that understands your condition and can help you tackle the challenges of managing diabetes? Our diabetes support group is a place to meet with other individuals with diabetes, share food, thoughts, and experiences on the ups and downs of self-management. Our classes discussions are led by our Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered Dietitian, with the intention of combining the wisdom of both professional and lived experience. When we learn together we heal together – come join us!
