Well Child Check :: Primary Care

OCHC is committed to making Well Child Checks as painless and stress free as possible. We have designed a program to help make Check-Ups as STELLAR as we can.

First Step: Make sure the person bringing your little one is their legal guardian. If their legal guardian cannot come to the appointment, please make sure their legal guardian stops by the clinic and lists EVERY SINGLE PERSON they are OK with bringing the child and consenting to their vaccines and lab tests.

When your little one gets checked in, they will be provided an Astronaut Passport.

At each step in the process, they will be rewarded for their hard work of using inside voices, using walking feet, talking to their nurse or Medical Assistant, talking to their doctor or Nurse Practitioner, getting their lead test, and getting their vaccines. At the end of their appointment, they will trade their gold stars for a special prize.
